Small Learning Communities

For the last seven years, we have been supporting schools and districts that are engaged in the transformation of their schools into small learning communities. In these efforts, a dedicated school coach provides ongoing support and consultation in the school's efforts to restructure itself into smaller learning communities. The school coach helps to assemble and support a school-based Design Team that takes responsibility for the school's improvement efforts, and provides ongoing coaching, facilitation, and professional development in the areas of teaming, Academy development, effective instructional practices, and personalization.
