PUBLICATIONS - Shipping and Handling
Many of our publications are available in print without charge for the
publications themselves. While supplies last, we can provide single copies
on request.
While these publications are free, we do need to cover the costs of shipping
and handling. When you place an order, you will be asked to pay $5.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item
in the same order. The online ordering process will provide instructions
on how to make payment. Orders placed online will be filled and shipped once
payment is received.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to addresses outside of the U.S. (and its territories) or Canada. We invite international educators to download the electronic versions of the publications.
All orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service Book Rate.
