Research & Evaluation
Field Associates:
Assist in conducting curriculum audits in K–12 public schools in New York State, most in urban areas, by interviewing and observing teachers, interviewing
district administrators and conducting focus groups with parents of schoolchildren. Bilingual Spanish/English skills and prior experience in interviewing
and observing K–12 teachers required.
Field Associate:
Provide direct support to major project activities as outlined by project director. Work includes a range of tasks including:
research reviews and syntheses; design of interview protocols, online and print surveys, and observation protocols; conduct of interviews
and on-site observations; administration of survey activities; data analysis and report preparation; and, attendance at and documentation
of professional development sessions, meetings, group activities related to project work.
