District Organizational Assessment

Our organizational assessment, developed with funding from the federal department of education, engages district leadership and offices in a process of analysis regarding how the district works as a collective to strategically and coherently support school and district improvement. The process typically entails an initial set of interviews and focus groups with key members of the district, followed by a further exploration of issues and challenges as identified by the community. In sum, the assessment process provides the district with the following services and products:

Expected Outcomes:

Districts are presented with an analysis of our organizational assessment, including a set of co-developed and customized tools and processes that the district can use with targeted schools to assist in the selection of strategies appropriate for the district/school's student populations. The analysis also provides recommendations to inform the revision of strategies, policies, and tools used with schools identified for improvement and corrective actions.
