Implementation Consultation and Program Development

As educators across school systems develop and apply programs to improve teaching and learning, attention to what happens and why throughout the implementation process is critical to their success. We work with educators to clarify goals, capacity requirements, context issues, service delivery and dosage to assess progress and modify implementation activities and practices as appropriate.

Working collaboratively with educators, we not only build their capacity to launch and sustain strategies for improvement but also learn together what it takes to apply research based frameworks and tools in practice. The elements of successful implementation are found increasingly in the details of design, context, delivery and expectations. We bring facilitation tools and data collection activities to bear on the behavioral and operational processes of school improvement, helping educators learn to target initiatives more effectively and model effective use of research based practices.
