Designing Services for Districts and Schools that are Under-performing or Have a High Incidence of English Language Learners (ELLs)

We offer a range of consultation and planning services targeting schools' and districts' needs related to issues of equity and diversity. These services are responsive to particular needs that districts or schools may identify where our special expertise in this area can be applied (e.g. improving instruction for English language learners (ELLs), addressing school climate issues, culturally responsive teaching). We use similar methodologies to those used in our systemic organizational assessment services, but target them at school-level management and instructional practices.
